Tahlia is an Australian tourist passing through the city. She’s currently studying to get her PhD in Medieval Studies. We aren’t sure what the heck she’s going to do with that degree but we are sure of some of other things. Like we both knew that earth is made up of 70% water. That’s a whole lot of wetness surrounding us all.
