It was summer 2005. Friendster was hot. (Not what is currently friendster.com) But it was the social media site before facebook. Before MySpace. Everyone was on friendster. Lilly had recently moved to NYC and I found her on the website. Not sure how. I wrote her and introduced myself as an artist. The details of that first message to her are told differently by myself and Lilly. But after that first meeting Lilly and have become beyond great friends. Besides the love that she spreads in the world, she is also an amazing architect.
