I met Ann in the summer of 2011 at the Robert Blackburn Print Shop. On the day we took this photo we had pie. Ann is like a sister to me. Some how, magically, even in just a few meetings and conversations and get togethers, we’ve bonded deeply. She’s a great artist, a great teacher, and she is a volunteer gardner on The High Line. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
